The Modern World always seeks new methods in construction, out of this emerged the Idea of EUROWALL PANELS which spread widely in many countries such as America, where this method of construction was first used, Europe, South Africa, Eastern Asia and other world parts. This method approved to be successful in providing low cost, high quality, single/double/multi storey mass housing complexes, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, staff accommodations, barracks and virtually any building in the Middle East, using a new revolutionary system known as EUROWALL PANELS. The most notable advantages of EUROWALL PANELS are low initial investments and quick construction time.

Polystyrene Panel :

The panel consists of a galvanized steel wire cage with a core of expanded polystyrene. When, fixed securely to the existing flour and ceiling with recommended channels, receivers and clips or wire, a plaster/render finish is applied.
The result is a steel-reinforced, high impact strength composite wall but with long life and taking a variety of applied finishes. These wires are produced according to American Standards.
These Panels constitute the core for the building after being plastered with Cement and various finished coat as desired. In addition to Continuous No. 14 gauge steel wire, electrically welded at each intersection. The plastering process was done by using Special Machines designed for this purpose.

Iron Panels:

These Panels represents the Backbone in constructing the Structure according to the already prepared designed. Their sizes are in accordance with the building structure and size and according to special tables put for this purpose.

Roofing & Ceiling:

Roofing & Ceiling were being constructed according to the Architectural Policy followed by Eurowall and according to the modern concepts in construction; i.e., the roofs will not be built in a traditional horizontal style, but using the single-curved style or the Ondolene systems with other modern Materials sharing the features of being High Thermal Insulation (saving energy of air-conditioning and heating) and suitable for all weather & Environmental changes, hence, being beautiful.

Therefore the Eurowall Concepts is featured of being suitable for all life aspects starting from a small house with low cost reaching to very big houses, from the health & service projects to housing & tourism complexes.
